How can I delete a consultation?

From the Reports list, swipe or open the menu on a consultation and choose Delete.

Deleted reports move to Recently deleted for a short recovery window, then are permanently removed.

Health data is also deleted automatically within 7 days of processing. See Is my data secure?.
