Medical coding
On Professional, DocNote can append coding suggestions after the report is generated. Coding is a separate pass — the letter is saved first, then codes are added when ready.
Medical coding (SwissDRG / PMSI)
Section titled “Medical coding (SwissDRG / PMSI)”When your account uses swissdrg or pmsi and the template is a discharge letter, DocNote suggests CIM-10 / CHOP or CCAM codes from the report text.
The coding status on the report moves from processing to completed. You still validate every code before billing.
Dental coding (DENTOTAR®)
Section titled “Dental coding (DENTOTAR®)”When your specialty is dentistry and the coding system is dentotar, DocNote prices acts with the SSO DENTOTAR® private-patient points.
Review
Section titled “Review”Treat codes as suggestions. The physician remains responsible for the coded record, the same way you remain responsible for the letter itself.
