Installation

DocNote is available on iPhone, Android, and in the browser. Choose the install that matches how you work:

Install	Best for
iOS app	Recording on the ward or in clinic with your iPhone or iPad
Android app	Recording on the ward or in clinic with your Android phone or tablet
Web app	Desktop review, editing, and export from any modern browser

Your account is the same on every platform. Sign in with the email you used to create the account.

iOS

Install from the App Store.

Install steps

1. Open the App Store listing and tap Get
2. Open DocNote and sign in with your email
3. Enter the one-time code sent to that address
4. Complete onboarding (phone number and specialty)
5. Allow microphone access when you start your first recording

Android

Install from Google Play.

Install steps

1. Open the Play Store listing and tap Install
2. Open DocNote and sign in with your email
3. Enter the one-time code sent to that address
4. Complete onboarding (phone number and specialty)
5. Allow microphone access when you start your first recording

Web app

Open docnote.care/app in Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari.

Works on desktop and laptop. Use a recent browser on a secure (https) connection to record audio.

Sign-in steps

1. Go to docnote.care/app
2. Enter your email and the one-time code
3. Complete onboarding if you have not already
4. Allow microphone access in the browser when you start a recording
