Manage subscription

Manage upgrades, billing, and cancellations from the DocNote web or mobile app.

Upgrade or change plan

1. Sign in at docnote.care/app or in the mobile app
2. Open Upgrade from the sidebar, or go to Settings → Account
3. Choose Professional and complete checkout

You can switch between monthly and annual billing during checkout or later from the subscription portal.

Manage billing

For an active Professional subscription:

1. Sign in to the app
2. Open Settings → Account
3. Open the billing portal

From the portal you can:

• Update payment method
• Switch between monthly and annual billing
• View invoices
• Cancel your subscription

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from the billing portal. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
