What file types can I attach?

You can attach extra context to a consultation so the draft includes prior documents and images.

Type	Examples
Images	JPEG, PNG, HEIC, and similar photo formats
Documents	PDF, DOCX, ODT

Unsupported types (for example .eml or .txt) are rejected with a clear error and are not sent for OCR.
