Settings

Open Settings from the sidebar (web) or the tabs (mobile).

• Name, specialty, and signature block used on exports and emails

Browse built-in templates or create your own. See Reports and templates.

Add words and names you want transcription to keep (colleagues, local drug brands, clinic names).

You can also open Dictionary from a generated report. On desktop web, it opens in a centered modal. On mobile, it opens in a sheet. The settings shortcut and close button sit beside the title. Scroll within the body to reach longer lists; Done stays available in the footer.

Under the dictionary, Voice shortcuts let you call a text you wrote once by dictating a short code (for example « YCA1 ») or a phrase (for example « knee examination within normal limits »). Type the code or phrase in Code or phrase and the text in the field beside it.

When you dictate, you can say the code alone or after « code » or « shortcut »: « code CA1 CA4 CA5 » inserts the three texts in that order. The text is inserted where you dictated it, word for word, and continues the same paragraph. To change it for one report, dictate the correction right after it, for example « … except a small effusion »: only the sentence concerned is changed.

The app UI follows the language you pick in Settings. Report language is separate — set it per consultation or as a default so you can dictate in one language and generate in another.
