Settings
Open Settings from the sidebar (web) or the tabs (mobile).
Account
Section titled “Account”- Name, specialty, and signature block used on exports and emails
- Phone number (required after signup)
- Extra recipient emails for report sending
- Sokle / Axenita connection
- Billing and plan
Reports
Section titled “Reports”- Default template and consultation language
- Medical coding system
- Font preferences for export
Templates
Section titled “Templates”Browse built-in templates or create your own. See Reports and templates.
Dictionary
Section titled “Dictionary”Add words and names you want transcription to keep (colleagues, local drug brands, clinic names).
Language
Section titled “Language”The app UI follows the language you pick in Settings. Report language is separate — set it per consultation or as a default so you can dictate in one language and generate in another.
