Yes. DocNote is built for clinical data:

• TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest
• Hosted in certified European data centres
• GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO 27001 compliant
• Health data is not used to train AI models
• Consultations disappear from your list 7 days after processing
• Consultations, audio and attachments are permanently erased 90 days after creation
• Usage statistics never include report content, audio, or patient details

Nothing is sent to an EHR or shared until you review and export it.
