Free is for physicians evaluating DocNote on real consultations. You get the full recording and generation workflow, limited to 20 consultations per month.

Professional is for physicians documenting every day. It includes unlimited consultations, custom templates, EHR export, and coding suggestions.

What happens when I hit the Free plan limit?
Reports above the Free limit are locked until you upgrade. A locked report stays saved, but its text is blurred, and it cannot be copied, edited, shared, exported to Word, emailed or sent to your patient file. Upgrading unlocks all of them immediately. Reports within the limit stay fully available.

Can I try Professional features first?
Yes. The Free plan uses the same recording and generation workflow. Upgrade when you need unlimited volume, EHR export, or custom templates.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes, from the subscription portal in the app.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
