What each plan is for
Section titled “What each plan is for”Free is for physicians evaluating DocNote on real consultations. You get the full recording and generation workflow, limited to 20 consultations per month.
Professional is for physicians documenting every day. It includes unlimited consultations, custom templates, EHR export, and coding suggestions.
Common pricing questions
Section titled “Common pricing questions”What happens when I hit the Free plan limit?
Reports above the monthly limit are locked until you upgrade or until the next month. You can still read existing reports.
Can I try Professional features first?
Yes. The Free plan uses the same recording and generation workflow. Upgrade when you need unlimited volume, EHR export, or custom templates.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes, from the subscription portal in the app.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
