EHR integration

Professional accounts can send a validated report into a connected EHR instead of copy-pasting.

Connect Sokle from Settings → Account. After registration, the report action bar includes a send-to-Sokle action. Sections are mapped to the Sokle items your instance expects.

Axenita uses your hospital instance URL and OAuth credentials. Activation is gated by DocNote — after you register, the team enables the account. Once active, launch DocNote from Axenita with the patient context already filled.

Opening DocNote from a patient’s Axenita file makes that patient the current patient — nothing is created on its own:

• New recording — the report is created for that patient, titled with their name and date of birth, with a patient card (name, first name, date of birth, sex, age).
• Any existing report — Export the report → Patient file proposes that patient and sends the report to their Axenita file, whatever the report’s title.
• The patient stays current until you open DocNote from another Axenita file. Secretariat accounts work the same way on the doctor’s reports.

The text arrives in Axenita without formatting (bold, headings and colours are removed).

If your hospital uses another system, copy or export Word / PDF and paste into the chart. Custom Word templates keep your letterhead.
