EHR integration
Professional accounts can send a validated report into a connected EHR instead of copy-pasting.
Sokle / Arsante
Section titled “Sokle / Arsante”Connect Sokle from Settings → Account. After registration, the report action bar includes a send-to-Sokle action. Sections are mapped to the Sokle items your instance expects.
Axenita
Section titled “Axenita”Axenita uses your hospital instance URL and OAuth credentials. Activation is gated by DocNote — after you register, the team enables the account. Once active, launch DocNote from Axenita with the patient context already filled.
Other EHRs
Section titled “Other EHRs”If your hospital uses another system, copy or export Word / PDF and paste into the chart. Custom Word templates keep your letterhead.
